The cartwheel consists of 111 baskets representing 111 years of establishment of Tam Ky district and 11 years of establishment of Tam Ky, Quang Nam.

With the budget of about 5 billion VND, Tam Ky City will continue to mobilize support from businesses and community development funds in the form of collective savings.
