Halong Bay - Kong: Skull Island movie scene - viewed from above

The last stop of Kong: Skull Island in Vietnam is Halong Bay in Quang Ninh Province, which is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site twice.

Halong Bay is a well-known tourist destination of Vietnam, recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site for esthetic and geomorphological values. The film crew was present in Halong about one year ago and surveyed many days on the bay. On March 16, director Jordan Vogt - Roberts checked the last time before shooting the next day.

Ti Top Island, where the famous beach with white sand and blue water is always a favorite stop for all visitors when visiting Halong Bay. The island is 14 km east of Bai Chay.

Ti Top Island is located among many other small islands, forming a beautiful lively community, the stopping place of tourist boats.

Trong Mai island is also known as Ga Choi, located in the southwest of Halong Bay, 5 km from Bai Chay.

The sky is blue with a small island in the blue sea.

Ba Hang is also a favorite stop for visitors because in addition to visiting the fishing village you can also kayak itself to visit the cave on the bay.

Cua Le - Ba Hang is about 30 km from Tuan Chau and about 20 km from Hon Gai pier. This is adjacent to Cat Ba island of Hai Phong, and is also the location of the blockbuster movie Kong: Skull Island.

Thousands of islands with different shapes in the middle of the sky create unique beauty for Halong Bay.

Nature offers Halong Bay countless mountains, islands and beautiful caves. Famous sites include Ngoc Vung, Tuan Chau Island, Sung Sot Cave, Thien Cung Cave.

An unusual view of Halong Bay from Bai Tho Mountain. Being one of the two most beautiful bays in Vietnam next to Nha Trang Bay, Ha Long Bay is a place where regular international cruise ships are frequented.
