The pagoda in Saigon which has the most pottery in Vietnam
Phuc Hoa Pagoda has nearly 100 years old, now possesses about 10,000 pots of many different cultures and ages.
Phuc Hoa Pagoda was built in 1928 and is located in an alleyway on Thich Quang Duc Street in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. The pagoda is in the Theravada Buddhist sect. Previously, the pagoda had a rustic roof. After a large restoration in 1993, the pagoda has the current scale with the main hall, sugar mills, Da Bao tower, medical examination room and many statues.
The abbot of the temple has long collected and preserved all kinds of pots because they love the style, color and enamel of the pottery. With about 10,000 bottles, this place is recognized by the Vietnam Book Center. The temple has the most pottery since 2007.
Most of the vase full color, pattern, size, age ... are preserved in the temple store.
Ceramic artifacts are mainly originated from the local pottery famous in Vietnam such as Bat Trang, Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, Chu Dau .... Some items originated in China, Japan ...

In the main hall of the main hall are four more than 2 meters tall, belonging to the Jiangxi pottery line of China.
Warm pots, cups of Vietnamese pottery villages are carefully preserved in glass cabinets.

In the center of the main hall, besides the large Buddha statue, there are two small Buddhist statues made of pottery, originating from the reign of King Qianlong, of the Qing dynasty in China.
In addition, the temple also owns the record with the United States Dharma Lore carved on the first stone in Vietnam. Nearly 70,000 Vietnamese words are arranged in harmony, white letters engraved on the black background of granite. In 2015, the French Hoa temple is recognized historical relics in HCMC.
