From Hanoi, you can buy train ticket to Lao Cai or catch a bus to Sapa. Then you move about 70km to Y Ty.

If you start from Lao Cai, the most reasonable route is: Starting from Lao Cai - Bat Xat - Cheng Tuong - Lung Po - A Mom Sung - A Lu - Y Ty - Muong Hum - Sapa and back to Lao Cai.

If you depart from Sapa, the road should run: Starting from Sapa - O Quy Ho - Ta Giang Phinh - Muong Hum - Amphitheater - Y Ty - A Lu - Gia Dang field and return to Sapa.

At present, the road to Y Ty is upgraded, so it is easier to move to Y Ty - Bat Xat than before.
