According to experts, Phan Thiet is the ideal place to fly balloons. From the hot air balloon, visitors can view the desert, lakes, rivers, fields, villages, beaches and forests to crowded urban areas within an hour's flight.

There are two types of balloons: 6 or 8 people, depending on the direction of the wind, the balloon can start from one of two points, early in the morning. The first point starts from Nguyen Tat Thanh square, the balloon will reach the height of 300 - 500 m to see the panorama of the city at dawn, then fly along the coast to welcome sunrise on the sea and watch the sunrise before returning to the deck landing.

The second point starts from Hoa Thang gas station in Hong Lam commune, the balloon will fly on the surface of Bau Ong, Bau Ba and slides on the sand hill at Bau Trang, finally landing at White Sand Hill.

The journey will last for 45 minutes in the air and land at 7am. After landing, they will begin performing the traditional ritual for the first time. Total flight time is 3 to 4 hours.
