Vung Tau: travel guide book from A to Z (part 2):  Travel areas in Vung Tau


1. Bai Sau

Bai Sau is famous for its beautiful coastline and a few large waves, focusing on many hotels and dining areas. So most of the tourists who are in the Vung Tau are in the back yard. The backyard also has its own famous lobe road, similar to the Tran Phu Street in Nha Trang, with quite a wide variety of hotels from popular people to advanced on the road.

2. Bai Truoc

The center of Vung Tau City is located in the front yard, which focuses quite a lot of buildings and shopping areas. You usually choose the beach in the backyard because the front yard is more polluted by a residential density and you concentrate on the crowded. However, the front yard will be the ideal place for you to watch the sunset or wander.

3. Long Hai

About 110km northeast of Ho Chi Minh City (equivalent to about 2 – 2.5 hours of motorbike), Long Hai Sea is a popular holiday destination. Long Hai has a beautiful beach with blue waters, stretches of golden sand and resort resorts near the sea. In particular, the Long Hai Sea has plenty of fresh seafood at a very cheap price. Binh Chau Hot spring is located on Long Hai Tourist route, which is also an enjoyable stop with visitors.

4. Ho Coc – Ho Tram

The two beaches are part of the Xuyen Moc District, which is a tourist attraction by the rare primitive pristine wilderness. The sea is here in the green in the sand of all year round, the white sandy beach spread, the steep slope and especially a beautiful dream because the rocks in the beach make up the wave waves of white-foam.

5. O River

It is located in Binh Chau commune, the Xuyen MoC district, about 3 km from Binh Chau Market, on the road towards Binh Chau Hot spring. The sea has a freshwater spring, and has just a smooth white sand with a vast blue sea water. It is one of the rare beaches in Vietnam that has fresh water and salt water.

6. Con Dao

Con Dao is known for its clear beach, green coconut and white sand banks that can charm any traveler. It's easy to understand why Con Dao attracts a lot of domestic and international visitors to the exhibition. With the untouched beauty and yet much impact by the tourist industry, Con Dao is now indeed the rare tourist paradise in Vietnam.

Places not to be missed in Vung Tau


1. Thich Ca Phat Dai

It is a pagoda located on the great ridge of Vung Tau City. The beauty of the temple combines very skillfully between the religious architecture and the natural scenery. Most notably the high-dish tower of 19m and the Buddha statue that sits meditating on the Lotus building on the back of the mountain, remote visitors can admire.

2. The statue of God 

The statue of the Lord or God straddle the small peaks of Vung Tau City, built in 1974. This statue is 32 m tall, lasting 18.3 m above the elevation of 170 m, with the inside of the 133 stairs to the 2 hand of the statue. The statue can be seen as a similar version of the Lord in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro.

3. Bach Dinh

In 1898, all French Indochina Paul Doumer built the White Palace (Villa Blanche) on the Castle of Phuoc Thang, where he fired fire on the French warship almost 50 years ago. The White Palace is a three-storey, high-altitude, 19-metre Roman architecture. It currently retains 19 public guns.

4. Ho May

It is one of the most exciting destinations to discover when arriving at Vung Tau. Just off the scenic cable, play a comfortable game that is also bathed. Specials, it is the ideal destination for children with a wide range of games such as aircraft, horse-shoot, home-made, trains,,...-water parks, and children are sure to fascinate the kids ' fun-playing in their vacation.

 

5. Monuments of Dinh Thang Tam


In this ruins, in addition to the sage and the South Sea mausoleum, the temple of Ms. Ngu is also the temple of Ba, located on a small island, lying in front of the sea. The festival of Mr. Thang Tam Vung Tau is considered one of Ba Ria Vung Tau tourist products, attracting a crowded island.

6. Nirvana

It is one of the most beautiful temples in Vung Tau with modern architectural contours. The Temple "Nirvana" is also known as the "Buddha" Pagoda built on the small ridge, facing the sea. The pagoda was constructed in 1969 and opened in 1974 by the donation of Buddhist fellow Buddhists. Shangcheng enjoys a friendly representation of the building. It is one of the most beautiful temples in Vung Tau with modern architectural contours.

7. Quan The Am Bo Tat pagoda

It is a small pagoda striking with the White Buddha, which is headed for the sea in the shower, the grip of Cam Lo, with its peaceful, German face.

8. Linh Son Co Tu

Although not vast, large but ancient, the old temple itself is the oldest pagoda in Vung Tau. In the government of worship a high Buddha, 2m is a very skillful sculpture that creates a compassionate and lively appearance on the face of the Buddha.

9. Vung Tau Lighthouse

10. Big House (Mr. Tran Temple)

11. Museum of the Ancient weapons

A Worldwide arms museum, led by Robert Tay-lor (British citizenship) and wife of Nguyen Thi Bong. According to your assessment, this is one of the most remarkable museums in Vietnam. Opening the opening ceremony from the beginning of 2012, the museum exhibited the 500-size mannequin in the real person, on their gorgeous uniform, representing the warrior imagery from around the world for several periods; More than 1,200 guns, 1,000 ancient swords with history and other interesting stories accompanying.

12. Hon Ba

She is a small island, at the foot of a wave island hitting the white foam, which is located off the sea along the small mountain ring road, from the front yard, through the pineapples to MUI Phong. The island is located about 200m from the foothills. In 1881 2008, Mr. Minh's original central ARC abandoned its funding to build a small temple on the island called Temple Grandmother.

13. House inverted (Nha up nnguoc)
